Venom and Vet Tix to Team up for Veterans and Their Families

AMARILLO, Texas - The Amarillo Venom, the defending Lone Star Football League champions, will partner up with Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) to provide more than 200 tickets per game for Veterans and their families. Both Vet Tix and the Venom acknowledge that giving these tickets is an expression of appreciation of those who have served for our country.
According to the mission statement of the Veteran Tickets Foundation, "attending these events reduces stress through entertainment, strengthens family bonds, builds life long memories and encourages service members to stay engaged with American life and local communities."
The Venom openly supports this philosophy and mission of caring for our veterans and their families, as well as being proud to be the first indoor football team from the Lone Star Football League to partner with Vet Tix.
These tickets provided by Vet Tix can be picked up at will-call at the Amarillo Civic Center prior to game time.
Since 2008, Veteran Tickets Foundation's Tickets for Troops Program has distributed more than 891,800 total event tickets in all 50 states and Washington, DC to the Military, Veterans and their families.
