
Vegas Vipers and Las Vegas Academy of the Arts Alumni Partner for National Anthem Singers for Remaining Home Games

LAS VEGAS - The Vegas Vipers and Las Vegas Academy of the Arts (LVA) partner for anthem singers around the remaining home games for the Vipers. The Vegas Vipers will host the St. Louis Battlehawks on Saturday, March 25 at 4 p.m. PT. All of the singers who have or will appear at Vegas Vipers games are alumni of LVA.
This weekend, Sierra Sneed will perform the national anthem for the Vipers-Battlehawks game. She is currently a student at Cal State Northridge and recently sang at the Nevada Police Academy graduation.
Breanna DeSantos will perform the anthem during the final Vegas home game, when the Vipers host the San Antonio Brahmas on April 1 at 12 p.m. PT. DeSantos also sings for the Las Vegas Aces and is on the current season of American Idol.
Christian Shelton was the first member of LVA to sing at a Vipers game, which he did on March 18 when the team hosted the Orlando Guardians. He also recently performed at the NFL Pro Bowl and has amassed over 856,200 followers on TikTok (@christian_shelton).
LVA, which is a "Blue Ribbon School," is a public magnet high school dedicated to preforming and visual arts. Students are accepted to various programs through auditions. LVA students have performed at many large entertainment events and have had representation on American Idol. The school's campus is located in downtown Las Vegas on the site of the first high school in Las Vegas, which was constructed in 1930.
