USL Discipline Report: Week 24

TAMPA, Fla. - The following is the USL's discipline report for Week 24 of the 2016 season:

Twelve players and a head coach have been suspended and fined an undisclosed amount for their actions this past week.

Ten players were issued one-game suspensions for yellow card accumulation, for five yellow cards unless indicated differently. Those who have upcoming suspensions include the Rochester Rhinos' Wal Fall (out Saturday against the New York Red Bulls II) for his eighth caution, Orlando City B's Harrison Heath (out Wednesday against Wilmington Hammerheads FC) and the Charlotte Independence's Patrick Slogic (out Saturday against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds).

The other seven yellow card accumulation suspensions have already been served by the following: OKC Energy FC's Coady Andrews, Saint Louis FC's Chad Bond, the LA Galaxy II's Alejandro Covarrubias, Charlotte's Enzo Martinez, Arizona United SC's Luke Rooney (for his eighth caution), Seattle Sounders FC 2's Nouhou Tolo and the Charleston Battery's Romario Williams.

Elsewhere, Orange County Blues FC's Akwafei Ajeakwa was sent off during final minutes of Saturday's match against Sacramento Republic FC and will serve his suspension on Friday against Real Monarchs SLC. Charlotte's Bilal Duckett also was sent off on Aug. 31 against FC Cincinnati and served his suspension Sunday against Toronto FC II.

FC Montreal Head Coach Philippe Eullaffroy was dismissed from the club's Aug. 31 match against Wilmington and already served his one-game suspension Saturday against Louisville City FC.

A total of 56 players have been issued four yellow cards this season and are one away from being fined and suspended for accumulation (breakdown by team):

(NOTE: Cincinnati's Sean Okoli picked up his seventh caution and Vancouver's Kyle Greig picked up his eighth caution on Monday in Week 25 - Greig will serve a one-game suspension Sunday against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC)
