Streaking Seattle face re-tooling 'Caps - 11:00 pm ET

The Northwest rivalry is among the best in North America given its rich history and it will certainly continue as the Sounders, one of the top teams in the league currently, square off against the defending champion Whitecaps Friday night on Fox Soccer Channel at 11:00 pm ET.

Miami out to defend 'virtual title' against Carolina

Miami heads to Carolina just a week after handing the RailHawks a 2-1 defeat in South Florida. Miami will be looking to extend their four-game unbeaten streak and defend their Virtual Championship, a title that started with the defending champion Whitecaps and was first lost to Carolina after Vancouver opened unbeaten in their first seven. Since then, the title had exchanged hands frequently until Miami took it off the other expansion side California in San Francisco to start their current streak.
