PENNSYLVANIA VALLEYDAWGS: Sign and activate Dedrick Dye (6-0 G, Wagner). Place Rob Battle (6-8 F, Drexel) on Injured Reserve.

WESTCHESTER WILDFIRE: Activate Anthony Taylor (6-2 G, Miami (Ohio)). Release Vince Thomas (6-7 F, Wisconsin-Superior).
