
UIFL Honors Announced

FT. MYERS, FL - The UIFL has announced the final weekly honor roll for the 2012 season.
Marion running back Chris Brooks and Blue Racers kicker Trey Kramer earned Conquest Cards Offensive Player of the Week and Trophy Awards Special Teams Player of the Week, respectively.
Brooks scored three rushing touchdowns, while Kramer was 7-of-7 on extra points - including the game winner in overtime.
Erie linebacker Jon D'Angelo earned All-Star PR Cincinnati Defensive Player of the Week with eight tackles and a blocked kick.
The quest to the Ultimate Bowl II, sponsored by Trophy Awards, begins Saturday as Marion travels to Erie. Marion won the lone meeting, a 65-64 overtime win this past weekend.
