UIFL Announces New Expansion Team in Corpus Christi, TX

FORT MYERS, FL - The Ultimate Indoor Football League is proud to announce that Corpus Christi, TX has been awarded an expansion team for the 2013 Season. "As the UIFL management team continues to research arena team owners who embrace our budget and business model, we are very proud to announce UIFL expansion into Corpus Christi, Texas. Football is important to Texas culture and the UIFL is excited about becoming a part of that football rich climate. Our hope is that this will be the beginning of a movement west for the Ultimate Indoor Football League, "exclaimed League President Jim Krause.

The Corpus Christi expansion team will play all of its home games at the state of the art American Bank Center. American Bank Center General Manager Jim Salamenta said, "We are excited to offer this opportunity for all of the football fans in Corpus Christi. We look forward to hosting the Ultimate Indoor Football League's newest team for their upcoming season and continuing to bring our community quality sporting events for everyone to enjoy".
