TV2 has the Force, Again

Philadelphia, PA- For the second year, Philadelphia Force fans will be able to watch live broadcasts of selected home games on TV2 Sports. The Service Electric cable channel is scheduled to show 19 Force games. At least two games in every home series will be shown on the channel and includes both ends of the day/night doubleheader on Thursday, August 9.

TV2 Sports will have a busy summer in 2007. Along with the Force, they will be covering the AA Reading Phillies, and the Lehigh Valley Outlaws indoor football team. Coming in 2008, TV2 Sports will be the home of the AAA Lehigh Valley IronPigs.

The first broadcast of the season of the Force will be the season and home opener on June 7 against the expansion Washington Glory.

Also, new this year will be the weekly show, Force Forum, which will appear on TV2 Sports on Tuesdays throughout the season. The half-hour show will debut in mid-April and will feature players, coaches and owners from the National Pro Fastpitch league. ECTB Stadium at Bicentennial Park's public address announcer Barry Eisenberg will be handling the hosting duties from TV2's studios.
