ORLANDO, FL - AUGUST 11, 2010 - Orlando Orthopaedic Center (OOC) has been selected for the second consecutive year to serve as official team physicians of the Florida Tuskers.

As part of the comprehensive partnership agreement, Orlando Orthopaedic Center will provide team physicians at every Florida Tuskers game and will be responsible for the athletes during the upcoming season.

"Our coaches and head athletic trainer said that Orlando Orthopaedic Center did a phenomenal job last year," Tuskers Director of Business Management Windsor "Windy" Hall said. "They are an obvious choice when it comes to providing care to our athletes."

"It's a great opportunity to partner with the United Football League and the Florida Tuskers to be their team physicians," says Orlando Orthopaedic Center's Dr. Randy Schwartzberg, a board certified orthopaedic surgeon, also board certified in sports medicine. "The Tuskers and Orlando Orthopaedic Center have much the same mentality in everything we do, starting every task with a winning attitude and continuing to innovate both on and off the field to ensure that our athletes are healthy, happy and prepared to perform at their highest levels. This partnership will help strengthen our extensive sports medicine program as well as the other endeavors at Orlando Orthopaedic Center."

The Tuskers' training camp opens on Aug. 16; with the season opener slated for Sept. 17 against the Las Vegas Locomotives. For tickets and information, call 407-545-8123.
