Tryouts for the California Quake Women's Professional Football Team

California Quake News Release
The CALIFORNIA QUAKE is looking for women, with and without football experience, who have the heart and dedication to join one of the finest pro teams in the country. ALL SPORTS BACKGROUNDS ARE WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED! You must be at least 18 years old, and proof of medical insurance (xerox copy of insurance card) is required. Bring water and cleats. No additional football gear is needed for tryouts.
The tryout fee is $40 for prospective players and $20 for return players (cash only please)
Date: Sunday, December 7th
Time: 9am â 1pm
Location: The field next to Veterans Memorial Stadium *
5000 E Lew Davis St, Long Beach, CA 90808
*Park in the lot on the corner of Carson and Clark. The field is adjacent to the parking lot.
Candidates will be tested for speed, strength and agility:
Timed 40 yard sprint
Timed 5 yard shuttle
65 lb bench press for maximum reps
