PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Tuesday that the Trenton Titans Membership has ceased operations and the team will not compete in the 2013-14 season.
The League appreciates the support the team has received over the past 14 seasons from both the fans and the community.
As outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Professional Hockey Players' Association, all Trenton players on ECHL contracts, with the exception of those owed as future considerations, are deemed unrestricted free agents, effective immediately.
The 2013-14 regular season schedule will be released in the near future.
