Tornado Homestand Continues this Weekend

The St. Louis Bandits (14-1-1) have suffered only one regulation loss so far the entire season. That loss came at the hands of the Texas Tornado (11-5-1) earlier on this season in St. Louis. Now, it is time for Bandits to travel to Frisco to face the Tornado this upcoming weekend on Friday, November 10th and Saturday, November 11th at 7:30pm at the Dr Pepper StarCenter in Frisco, in what can be described as an early "Clash of the Titans." Tickets for this weekend's games can be purchased by calling the Tornado office at 972-335-9800 or Purchase Tickets Online Now! Friday night is $1.00 Beer Night, where fans can get a beer for only $1.00! (*$1.00 Beer sales end at the start of the 3rd period). Friday night is also Frisco-Online/Tornado Rally Towel Night, where the first 1,000 fans receive a FREE Tornado Rally Towel. Saturday night is Support the Troops Night. St. Louis is rolling through the NAHL with a 14-1-1 record, and have won their last 10 in a row. The only time the Bandits lost a game in regulation this season, it was to the Tornado back on September 29th.

Canned Food Drive this Weekend:

During the upcoming home games on Friday, November 10th and Saturday, November 11th, the Back-to-Back-to-Back National Champion Texas Tornado will team up once again with Frisco Family Services Center for their annual Canned Food Drive. Tornado fans are asked to bring their canned goods to the game in exchange for a 2 for 1 ticket voucher for the December 29th home game. This year marks the fourth consecutive year that the Texas Tornado and Frisco Family Services Center have teamed up to provide those less fortunate with the canned goods they so desperately need. Last year, fans responded with 1,142 lbs. of canned goods that were given directly to Frisco Family Services Center. "We have been so impressed with the amount of canned goods that the Texas Tornado and their fans have provided us in the past," said Jill Cumnock, Executive Director of Frisco Family Services Center. "We look forward to another successful canned food drive this year with the cooperation of the Texas Tornado, who has been a wonderful community partner." Frisco Family Services Center is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide social services to individuals and families in need and assist them in becoming productive members of the Frisco, Texas community. The primary goal to assist these individuals to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community. Frisco Family Services Center is supported by local volunteers and offers a wide variety of opportunities and invaluable experiences for those individuals and groups. As the Texas Tornado host the Wichita Falls Wildcats on Friday, November 17th at 7:30pm at the Dr Pepper StarCenter in Frisco, fans will get to enjoy one of the best promotions all year!
