TAMPA BAY - Tampa Bay Storm wide receiver T.T. Toliver caught a 16-yard pass from quarterback Jason Boltus with 8:29 left in the first quarter to become the Arena Football League's All-Time Leader in All-Purpose Yards. Toliver surpassed AFL Hall of Famer Barry Wagner who set the mark with 21,042 yards. He now has 21,056 all-purpose yards.
