
Time Warner Cable Sports to Broadcast Eastern Conference Finals

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators, in conjunction with the Charlotte Checkers and Time Warner Cable Sports, have announced today that the first two games of the 2011 American Hockey League Eastern Conference Finals will be televised live on Time Warner Cable Sports.
"Thanks to the combined regional efforts of Time Warner Cable we're able to continue bringing the excitement of Live AHL Calder Cup playoff hockey to thousands of fans throughout Central/Upstate New York and North Carolina." said B-Sens' Vice president of marketing and business development Terry Buczkowski. "While others are busy finalizing summer vacation plans, the Senators and Checkers will be in a heated battle on the ice going well into the month of May."
The AHL Eastern Conference Finals (round three) television schedule is as follows:
Game 1 - Thursday, May 12 - Binghamton at Charlotte
Game 2 - Friday, May 13 - Binghamton at Charlotte
(All games 7 p.m. EST, Further game telecasts to be announced.)
In Binghamton the games will air on TWCS local channel 23 and digital channel 813. Other fans throughout the TWC CNY region should check local listings for TWSC in their area and can also see the games on channel 813.

"No doubt the drama of games one and two will lead to capacity crowds when the series shifts to Binghamton next week."
The series will return to Binghamton on Tuesday, May 17 for the first of two home games in the Eastern Conference Finals. Tickets are $20.75 for side seats and $19.75 for end zone seats. There is a $2 discount on tickets for children ages two through 11. Fans can purchase tickets at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or in person at the Binghamton Senators' executive office located on the third floor of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena or the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena box office.
