
Thunder Offering Discounts To Military And Scouts Saturday Night

FRISCO, Tex. - Recognizing the contribution of those serving in the military and the community service of scouting, the Frisco Thunder is offering discounts to members of both organizations at its Saturday game against the Fairbanks Grizzlies.
$5 off ticket discounts will be offered to those in uniforms or presenting ID at the Dr Pepper Star Center box office prior to the 6 p.m. kickoff.
"We would like to pay tribute and honor everyone in the military as well as veterans," said Thunder owner Vinita Reed. "We also appreciate the Boys and Girls Scouts and hope everyone comes out and becomes a part of this game."
Frisco (3-1) is recovering from its first loss of the season last Saturday against the CenTex Barracudas while Fairbanks (1-2) posted its first-ever victory against Odessa.
