
Thunder launches new holiday pack

ST. PAUL, Minn. (Friday, October 29, 2004) -- The Thunder introduced its new Holiday Pack today in preparation for the 2005 campaign, allowing fans to give the gift of Thunder this holiday season. For a limited time only, fans can score big by giving a four-pack of tickets to see the 2005 Thunder in St. Paul plus their choice of either a Minnesota Thunder heavy-duty hooded sweatshirt or a Nike "Swift" soccer ball.
"This is our way of tying in the holiday season with the Thunder season," said Jim Froslid, Thunder president and general manager. "Not only do you get the sweatshirt or ball but you get a fun, family event to look forward to in the summer."
SWEATSHIRT HOLIDAY PACK $49 ($92 value)
-Receive four general admission tickets good for any 2005 regular season home game
-One heavy-duty Thunder hooded sweatshirt

Orders must be placed by Dec. 13 and can either be picked up at the Thunder office one week after being placed or sent via mail. The shipping & handling charge is $6 for each package ordered which will be waived if the order is picked up at the Thunder's office in St. Paul (2124 University Ave. West.) Tickets are good for both youth and adult.
2. THUNDER LOOKING TO PARTNER WITH MYSA YOUTH CLUBS
The Thunder has announced its "Club Night" group ticket packages geared at all youth soccer clubs belonging to the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. The 2005 packages provide players, coaches, and parents an opportunity to see soccer played at the highest level in the state-"a key ingredient for a young player's development", according to US World Cup head coach Bruce Arena.
The Thunder will continue to offer the Highest Thunder Day Camp Discount Available to clubs who purchase any group ticket package before March 16, 2005. This special discount is applied to club members who register for camp by March 31, 2005. Thunder day camps are offered to ages 6-14 and all campers receive a soccer ball, camp t-shirt, a camp photo, and instruction from actual professional Thunder players.
