Teams conclude busy day of roster moves

NFL Europe teams continued to be busy on the day after the final scrimmages of training camp in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Following the initial post-camp cuts, there was a hectic period of transactions as rosters moved closer to those that will feature on opening day of the 2005 season, which is now less than two weeks away on April 2.
One part of the day's business was to determine the players who are travelling to Europe as part of the NFLEL Practice Squad. These 12 players will be inactive, but can be re-assigned to another team and activated by the league office in case of injuries. Prior to season kickoff, teams will determine with the NFLEL office which two players on their active rosters are to be designated as NFLEL Active players, meaning they, too, can be reassigned if required.
