Team Expelled From WPFL

Published on March 8, 2004 under Women's Professional Football League (WPFL) News Release


At a semi annual meeting of the WPFL Board of Directors, the board, after deliberation expelled Missi Korpaz and the New England Storm from the WPFL.

The expulsion resulted from violations of the WPFL by-laws and policies and procedures.

The Board wishes Ms. Korpacz well in her future endeavors.

The WPFL is the original and longest operating women's professional football league in the nation, with over 17 teams nation wide slotted for the 2004 season.
