FORT MYERS, FL - The Florida Tarpons professional football team have signed Arkansas State WR Dwayne Frampton, Eastern Michigan DB Willie Williams, and Austin Peay OL James Barker.

LA HARBOR COLLEGE: Helped lead Los Angeles Harbor to a 9-2 overall record and the Mountain Conference championship with a 6-1 league record in 2009 . . . A first team all-conference selection, Frampton posted 78 receptions for 1,246 yards and 10 touchdowns as a sophomore . . . Junior college All-America selection . . . Rated among top 75 junior college transfers in the nation . . . Averaged 111.8 receiving yards per game and 16.0 yards per catch, while also returning a team-high 13 punts for 112 yards.

HIGH SCHOOL: The Wilmington, Calif. native was first team all-state selection at Dorsey High School, where he hauled in 47 receptions for 989 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior.
