Super Saturday Set for April 5

FISHKILL, NY - Tickets for the 2014 season of Renegades Baseball will go on sale Saturday April 5, 2014 from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. at Dutchess Stadium. Fans will be given their first opportunity to purchase single-game tickets for 2014 Opening Day as well as to any of the 38 Renegades homes games. Those in attendance for Super Saturday will also be given the first look at the 2014 promotional schedule, which incorporates this season's theme nights and giveaway items.

Super Saturday will incorporate several activities for the entire family including our annual Kick Off to Kids Club Easter Egg Hunt. The Renegades will hold two hunts with the first beginning at 10:30 A.M. and the second at 11:15 A.M. Be Your Own Fan (BYOF) Juniors Kids Club, and all kids club events, are free of charge for Renegades fans 12 & under.

"We are thrilled to kick-off spring with Super Saturday at Dutchess Stadium," said Eben Yager, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Hudson Valley Renegades. "Myself, as well as the rest of the Renegades staff, are excited to see everyone at the ballpark as we continue our year-round festivities and celebrate another great season of Renegades Baseball."

This year, the Renegades will host 16 fireworks shows and 9 giveaway nights. Regular season home games will consist of a 7:05 P.M. start Monday-Saturday excluding the Monday-Thursday games in June (June 15, June 18, June 19, June 24) in which game times are set for 6:05 P.M. All Sunday home games will begin at 5:05 P.M. The 2014 schedule features one day game that will take place Monday, July 14 at 11:05 A.M.

PROMOTIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

June 13: Artificial Installation (Fireworks) - The 21st season kicks off as we unveil our new astro turf field. The first 4,000 fans will receive a 2014 magnet schedule. Postgame fireworks presented by HVFCU.

June 14: Squatch What Happens (Fireworks) - You know what they say about big foot? He wears a big sock. Join us as we prove big foot really exists.

June 15: Like Father Like Sun Days - (BBQ Grill Set): Create the ultimate Father's Day experience as special Father's Day packages are available at the Renegades box office. First 1,000 fathers receive a complete grill set courtesy of Dreyer Law Offices.

August 7: I am Hudson Valley- Think Local First: Come out for a night dedicated to the small and big businesses of the Hudson Valley as well as the families that have helped make the Renegades successful. Presented by the Anderson Center for Autism.

August 9-August 11: HV Comic Con Series: Join us for Hudson Valley Comic Con, a 3-day series with each night featuring specific characters within the world of comics. August 9; Superheroes August 10; Star Wars August 11; Villains.

August 26: Family Jewels (Hardcore Pawn Appearance) - Fans clean out your attic and bring your family jewels to Dutchess Stadium as we bring Les, Seth and Ashley from the hit series Hardcore Pawn to wheel and deal courtesy of Anthony's Jewelers.

Tickets for the 2014 season will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 5 at Dutchess Stadium with Super Saturday festivities beginning at 10:00 a.m. Those purchasing tickets to 3 or more games on Super Saturday will receive a complimentary ticket to a pre-selected game courtesy of the Renegades organization. Fans will also have the opportunity to enter to win several prizes such as Owner Seats, Renegades Memorabilia and more for purchasing single-game tickets on Super Saturday. Tickets will be available to purchase online beginning Monday, April 7 at hvrenegades.com. All events on Super Saturday are free for the public. ReTAIL, the Official Merchandise Store of the Hudson Valley Renegades will also be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as fans will get their first look at select new Renegades merchandise.
