Nor Cal Franchise has changed it's name to THE TRI-VALLEY RANCHERS.
The Alameda County Fairgrounds is located in Pleasanton CA. Which is also in the Pleasanton,Livermore and San Ramon area which is what makes it the TRI-VALLEY.
Tri-Valley also would like to announce the signing of QB Frank Borba, whom played for the Central Valley Coyotes where he still owns yardage and TD records. Frank has also played for teams in the NIFL, most recently last year with WYOMING, and lead them to the 06 playoffs.
