
Storm Loses Season Finale, Falls to Predators 59-40

Orlando, FL - The Tampa Bay Storm (7-11, 2-4) were defeated by the Orlando Predators (12-6, 5-1) by a score of 59-40 on Saturday Night in front of 15,188 fans at Amway Center. The night saw Storm rookie wide receiver Julius Gregory reel in over 1,000 receiving yards on the season.
The Storm offense was led by quarterback Jason Boltus who completed 26-of-45 passes for 300 yards and five touchdowns. Boltus finished the season with 5,025 passing yards surpassing Shane Stafford (4,793) for second all-time in Storm single-season history.
Storm receiver Julius Gregory led all receivers with 14 catches for 128 yards and three touchdowns. He joined teammate T.T. Toliver with over 1,000 receiving yards on the season, finishing his rookie year with 1,030 receiving yards.
Predators quarterback Randy Hippeard completed 23-of-30 passes for 255 yards and six touchdowns. His top receiver was Greg Carr who caught 10 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns.
