Todd is a former majority shareholder of the Arizona Rattlers and currently a major shareholder of the Orlando Predators Arena Football teams. He has served on the board of the AFL for over 5 years and has over 8 years experience with ownership of AFL teams. He has been involved in all aspects of team management including marketing, advertising, promotions, ticketing, and the hiring of coaching staffs in both organizations.

In addition to his involvement in the AFL, Todd is a fully licensed investment banker and owns his own FINRA (formally the NASD) broker dealer firm for six years. He has raised over 300 million dollars in investments. His firm, Pinnacle Financial Group, manages a 200 million dollar fund known as the World Class Money Managers Portfolio. His fund has exceeded the performance of the S&P 500 for 13 years straight. He has offices currently in Orlando, Florida and Hamilton, Bermuda.

Before Pinnacle Financial Group, Todd was an owner and the President and CEO of International Assets Advisory, a global money management firm with offices in New York, London, Orlando and Bermuda. He served as its President and owner for six years.

In addition to above, Todd is a successful investor in commercial properties in downtown Orlando owning several buildings including the Ellis Building, historically the oldest operating building in the City of Orlando.

Todd is a partner and owner of Church Street Concepts, a company that operates 6 night clubs, bars, and restaurants in Orlando with over 20 million dollars in annual sales. The clubs include Makos, Club 23, The Oak Room, The Backroom at Makos, Club NV and Bullitt Bar. Construction has just begun on a Buffalo Billiards in downtown Orlando, and a Makos in Atlanta. CSC is currently looking at locations in Tampa to open up a club/restaurant.

Lastly Todd is an owner and partner in Church Street Concepts and Events, an events promotion company that puts on over 100 events per year including Bike Week Daytona, Biketoberfest, Sturgis Bike week, University of Central Florida's events, and multiple concerts throughout Florida.

Todd is a member of YPO, the Young Presidents Organization. YPO has members all over the world. He is one of the founders of the Orlando Chapter and a member of the Florida Chapter which has a high concentration of members in Tampa, Fl.

Todd attended the University of Miami and has a degree in finance and business management. He is a single father with four children ages 20, 17, 11 and 7 years old.
