Storm Fail to Complete Comeback, Lose to the Soul 42-64

Philadelphia, PA - The Tampa Bay Storm (6-7, 2-1) were defeated by the Philadelphia Soul (12-2, 3-0) by a score of 42-64 at Wells Fargo Center this Friday night in front of 8,214 fans.

The Storm was led offensively by quarterback Jason Boltus who found all of his receivers. Boltus would complete 12-of-29 passes for 214 yards and five touchdowns. His top target of the night was Kendrick Ings who caught four passes for 85 yards and two touchdowns.

The Soul was led by its defense which held the Storm to just seven points in the second quarter, allowing the team to begin a furious comeback.

Soul quarterback Dan Raudabaugh completed 22-of-38 passes for 268 yards and seven touchdowns. Soul wide receiver Marco Thomas led all receivers with 10 receptions for 116 yards and three touchdowns.
