TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Storm has announced that the kickoff time for its Saturday, July 16 matchup versus the Philadelphia Soul has been changed from 4:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST.
Fans will be able to watch the broadcast live on ESPN2.
