Huntsville Stars News Release

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - What says romance more than a polecat delivering a box of chocolates? Ok, so a polecat delivering a box of delicious, mouth-watering Dove Chocolate Discoveries chocolates, a pair of freshwater pearl coin earrings, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and four tickets to the Huntsville Stars home opener would be a tad more romantic.

Well, the Huntsville Stars are helping to bring the romance to women all around the Tennessee Valley this Valentine's Day. This ultimate package includes a box of exclusive Dove Chocolate Discoveries (choice of milk chocolate cinnamon dusted almonds, chardonnay wine brittle with caramelized cocoa nibs or chocolate covered cashews and almonds), a pair of freshwater pearl coin earrings (in white or black), a bouquet of flowers and four tickets to the Stars home opener on April 15. This whole package will be delivered to that special someone by the Stars' very own special someone, Homer the Polecat. This worry-free package is just $100 and sold on a first come, first served basis.

"Men usually have the best intentions on Valentine's Day, but their gift selection tends to fall short. We're just here to help them with an all-inclusive gift that their loved one will actually enjoy," said Buck Rogers, General Manager of the Stars.

The Stars are taking orders for this package through Friday, February 10th at noon. Call (256) 882-2562 and ask for Sydney or email sydney@huntsvillestars.com to place your order. Fans must provide a local delivery address and preferred time of delivery when ordering.

The Stars open the 2012 season on the road in Jacksonville on Thursday, April 5. They return home to Joe Davis Stadium on Sunday, April 15 against the Tennessee Smokies. Keep up with the Stars all season long on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and with the Stars official newsletter! For tickets and more information, visit www.huntsvillestars.com!
