Stampede announces front office changes and additions

Steubenville, Ohio October 16, 2006- The Steubenville Stampede, a first year member of the Continental Indoor Football League (formerly the Great Lakes Indoor Football League) announced today front office staff additions and changes.
The club has promoted Beth Durbin to Marketing and Special Events Manager. The lone front office holdover from the Stampede's initial campaign in 2006, Durbin served as Office Manager previously.
"Beth has been a dedicated member of the Stampede since the inception of the organization. Her dedication and the fact that she has continued to take on more responsibility make this move a perfect fit as we strive to move forward with bringing the Upper Ohio Valley the best entertainment experience we can", commented General Manager Jim Gibson.
Stampede Owner Jeff Kolaczkowski agrees, adding "This move, perpetrated by General Manager Jim Gibson, is one that I wholeheartedly agree with. Beth consistently proves that she deserves a more active role, and with this promotion, I am confident that we have accomplished just that".
Additionally, the Stampede has added Rich Gibson as Director of Sales, and Diane Gibson as Director of Promotions and Community Affairs. As Director of Sales, Rich Gibson will be primarily responsible for group and individual game ticket sales, as well as some corporate sponsorships. Diane Gibson will oversee all aspects of in-game entertainment, including the Stampede Dance Team and all things related to the Stampede in the community, including appearances, the Stampede charity activities, and various community goodwill.
"Both Rich and Diane are veterans of numerous large scale entertainment and sports properties. The experience they bring to the Stampede is unmatched and very far reaching. With the staff we have assembled, I am confident that we have made the right moves to insure our success in 2007 and beyond", said Kolaczkowsi.
The Stampede kick off their season in late March at the St. John Arena. Ticket information and a complete schedule are forthcoming.
