South Valley Fever Roster Coming Together

South Valley Fever News Release


South Valley, CA. The ABA South Valley Fever professional basketball team that begins play in December has been quietly putting together a solid group of players to compete in the league's Northern California division. Five new members of the squad include:

6'2 PG Justin Lott from Lemoore, CA. Justin is a local playerf who played at Kings Christian High and graduated from Avila University.

6'5 SG Otis Black from Valllejo CA but now a resident of Hanford CA. He played at West Hills College and attended the U opf Missouri. An excellent 3 pt shooter who can get to the basket.

6'3 G Tyrone Jackson, a graduate of Clovis West HS and Fresno City College where he played for Coach Vance Walhlberg and wdent on to play at Arizona State. Tyrone is going to be one of the top 3 pt shooters in the league and a defensive specialist.

6'6 F Marco Alvarado, a graduate of Sanger HS. An excellent wing man who can shoot, can get position in the post and run the floor. He showed a lot of his scills the last couple of years for Los Santos in the Mexican leagues.

6'6 F Jess Thomson, another local from Riverside CA. He attended the College of the Sequoias where he played for George Tarkanian, son of coaching legend Jerry Tarkanian.
