Soulmates Announce Dancers for 2013

PHILADELPHIA, January 30, 2013 - The Philadelphia Soul announce the 2013 Soulmates Dance Team for the upcoming season. Twenty girls were selected out of 33 contestants at the final auditions held at Parx Casino in Bensalem, PA this past Tuesday.
The dancers making the squad are: Alexis D., Casey Z., Christina D., Crista P., Danielle C., Danielle D., Diana P., Gabrielle D., Julianna V., Kayia D., Kayla L., Maurisa D., Meghan S., Natasha T., Nicoleta S., Rachael R., Rachel A., Rebecca O., Samantha D., and Wendy B.
"The overall group of finalists were very impressive," said Soulmate choreographer Michelle Sulpizio. "I am very happy with our 2013 Soulmate squad and I am confident that we will be excellent representatives of the team and city of Philadelphia."
The Soulmates dance team not only entertains on the field during Soul games, but are also involved off the field. The Soulmates make appearances at charity and community events throughout the year in the Philadelphia region.
The Philadelphia Soul, which will be entering its eighth AFL season, returns to the field when they travel to the Arizona Rattlers on March 23. The first opportunity to see the Soulmates on the field will be at the Soul's first home game against the Cleveland Gladiators on April 20 at Wells Fargo Center.
