As always, Soul leader and starting QB Dan Raudabaugh continued to shine with 17 completions on 22 attempts for 207 yards and 5 touchdowns. Raudabaugh is currently the league leader in three categories: completions (67), yards (764) and touchdowns (17) and has yet to throw a single interception this season.

Similarly to Week 2, many Soul players contributed to last night's win, including two AFL rookies: FB Arian Ferns and WR Aaron Wascha. Ferns led the game in rushing with 10 total rushes for a gain of 55 total yards and 3 touchdowns, the first of his Soul career. Ferns is now at the top of the league leaders chart for rushing yards (55) and is tied with Soul FB/LB Jeramie Richardson for the most rushing touchdowns with 3. Another new Soul star, rookie Aaron Wascha, led the game in the receiving category with 9 receptions for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns. OL PhillipKeith Manley also put his first points with the Soul on the board with his 4-yard reception for 1 touchdown in the 4th quarter.

Soul WR Darius Prince also contributed to the win with 4 receptions for 70 yards and 1 touchdown. Prince is now the league leader in two categories with 23 receptions and 252 yards and is second in total touchdowns (5) behind WR Darius "Money" Reynolds who has 6. Money also scored 1 touchdown in last night's win and totaled 3 receptions for 28 yards.

On the defensive side, Soul DB James Romain lead the game with 7 total tackles, followed by DB Joe Goosby with 3.5, DB Dwayne Hollis with 2.5, and DB Torez Jones with 2. Hollis currently leads the league in total tackles with 15.5. The Soul's special teams also added to the win when DB Bryce Peila recovered a Valor kickoff off the net to score 1 touchdown for 7 yards.

As far as wagering on this game, you're probably kicking yourself if you took both the points and the under. The Soul were favored by 11.5 and covered thanks to their 16-point margin of victory, and the combined point total of 118 exceeded the over/under that was set at 105.5, according to VSiN.

Coming up in Week 4, the Soul are on the road and will take on the Baltimore Brigade at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD, with a kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. The Soul are 1-0 against the Brigade this season.
