PHILADELPHIA (March 8, 2014) - The Back-to-Back American Conference Philadelphia Soul have announced their final team roster for the 2014 season. The 35-man roster was trimmed down to 24 (21 active and three inactive) after a two-week training camp at the Philadelphia Eagles' NovaCare Complex in South Philadelphia. Below is the team's Opening Week roster:

Other Soul roster moves include: activated K Carlos Martinez from the Refused to Report list; moved DB Kent Richardson to the Refused to Report list; placed LB Calvin Fance on the Injured Reserve list; activated DL Bryan Robinson from the Physically Unable to Perform list. The team also placed LB Nick Haag, OL Jason Jones, DB Thyrell Lewis, DB Raymond Little, OL Jordan Mosley and WR Darryl Shine on reassignment.
"We had an outstanding and competitive training camp. We are pleased with the team we have put together," said Soul head coach Clint Dolezel. "The final cuts were very difficult, but we feel that we have put together a roster that can make a championship run in 2014."
The Soul will begin their quest for the ArenaBowl XXVII Championship on Saturday, March 15 at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, with a re-match of ArenaBowl XXVI against the Arizona Rattlers where kickoff is at 9 p.m. ET.
