
Soo Eagles Travel to Minnesota for a Weekend Set against the Wilderness

Fresh off a six point week against the Michigan Warriors, the Soo Eagles look to continue their winning ways, as they travel to Minnesota, for a two game series against the Wilderness this Friday and Saturday at 7:05 p.m. (CST).

The Eagles are led in scoring by Keegan Miller, who has 12 goals and 18 assists on the season. Sandis Zolmanis has 9 goals and 18 assists, while Trevor Cope is (13-13- 26), and Mitch Vanderburg (11-15- 26).
The Wilderness are led in scoring by Niklas Lehtimaki (11-7- 18), Billy Exell (7-11- 18), and Ivan Chukarov (6-12- 18).
Sean Keating is 10-7-0-0 for the Soo Eagles, with a goals against average of 2.91 and a save percentage of .900. Jack Berry is 8-7-0-1, with a GAA of 3.13 and a SV% of .900.
Brock Kautz is 10-4-0-1 for the Minnesota Wilderness, with a goals against average of 2.09 and a save percentage of .916. Ryan Anderson is 7-3-1-2, with a GAA of 2.31 and a SV% of .916.
These teams met twice this season, with the Eagles claiming both victories in Sault Ste. Marie, on October 10-11. This will be the last out of division games for the Eagles, during the regular season.
These will be the final games for the Eagles in 2014. After the holiday break, they will resume action on January 2, 2015, in Springfield. There will be no newsletter this week, and we will resume on January 2nd, 2015.
