
Sky Blue FC Goes Pink with Susan G. Komen

Somerset, N.J. Sky Blue FC of Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) formally announced this week that it has partnered with the Central and South Jersey Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure chapter, as part of PUMA's league-wide Project Pink initiative. When Sky Blue FC hosts the Washington Freedom at Yurcak Field on the campus of Rutgers University in Piscataway on Wednesday, August 11th, the team will be wearing and auctioning off specialty-made pink PUMA jerseys, and the game will also be played with a pink PUMA ball in an effort to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer.
