Sioux Falls to face Rockford in 2005 CBA Finals

Boise, ID (March 24, 2005) â The Sioux Falls Skyforce defeated the Dakota Wizards 102-97 in front of 4,034 fans at the Bismarck Civic Center, in Bismarck, North Dakota, on Thursday night, winning the decisive Game Five of the Western Conference Finals. With the victory, the Skyforce have advanced to the 2005 CBA Finals where they will face the Rockford Lightning. The Lightning clinched a spot in the Finals on Tuesday, March 22, after defeating the Great Lakes Storm 105-104 in Game Five of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The CBA Finals, which returns to a best-of-five game series, is set to tip off on Monday, March 28, at the Sioux Falls Arena in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Games One and Two will be played in Sioux Falls, while games Three and Four (if necessary) will be held at the Rockford MetroCentre in Rockford, Illinois. If a fifth game is necessary, it will be held in Sioux Falls. All games are scheduled for a 7:05 pm tip-off.
