
Senators announce home opener

Binghamton Senators fans can begin making plans for the upcoming hockey season as five of the B-Sens 40 home dates have been assigned by the American Hockey League. The Sens' regular season home opener will be held at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday, October 15 at 7:05 p.m.
Traditional holiday games will once again be played in Binghamton on Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Eve and the day following Christmas. A complete list of the B-Sens' guaranteed home dates follows:
Saturday, October 15 at 7:05 p.m.
Saturday, November 12 at 7:05 p.m.
Thursday, November 24 at 6:05 p.m. (Thanksgiving)
Monday, December 26 at 7:05 p.m.
Saturday, December 31 at 6:05 p.m.
The remainder of the B-Sens' 2005-06 schedule will be released later in the summer. Opponents for the guaranteed home dates will not be announced until the release of the complete schedule.
While individual game tickets will not be available until the fall, season tickets for the 2005-06 campaign are now on sale at the Sens' executive office - 3rd floor of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. To purchase 2005-06 season tickets, the Sens' office is open Monday through Friday during the summer months from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and can be reached by calling 722-SENS (7367). The deadline for 2004-05 season ticket holders to renew their seats is Friday, July 1st.
