SD Loyal to Host Panama's Costa del Este FC at Torero Stadium on February 22

The preseason international friendly match is the first-ever time that San Diego's new pro soccer team will play for fans at Torero Stadium.

WHAT: San Diego Loyal Soccer Club (SD Loyal) will host Panamanian team Costa del Este FC in a preseason international friendly match at Torero Stadium on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 8 p.m. PST. This is the first time SD Loyal's "Team 1" - the inaugural roster - will play together for fans on its home turf, Torero Stadium. The match is open to the public.

WHY: America's Finest City has the opportunity to see SD Loyal, San Diego's new pro soccer team, play for the first time in the club's history. Prior to the match, Team Manager Landon Donovan, a U.S. soccer legend, will address youth from local soccer clubs at a "Chalk Talk" in Jenny Craig Pavilion.
