Sarasota, FL Added as UIFL Expansion Team for 2013

SARASOTA, FL - The Ultimate Indoor Football League is pleased to announce the 3rd Expansion team for the 2013 season, the Sarasota Thunder.
The Thunder will play 7 home games at Robarts Arena in Sarasota, FL. A press conference will be held on Thursday August 16th to announce the Ownership group, ticket prices, and other team details. The press conference will be held at Robarts Arena 3000 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34237 at 2pm and is open to the public.
The Thunder join the Missouri Monsters (St. Charles, MO), and Indianapolis Panthers (Indianapolis, IN) as expansion teams for the 2013 season. The UIFL will be announcing the final expansion teams over the next 60 days.
