October 14, 2014 - National Lacrosse League (NLL)
Edmonton Rush News Release
Edmonton, AB---Edmonton Rush Owner Bruce Urban announced today he has put $100,000 cash and the keys to a $50,000 2014 Camaro up for grabs in the team's 2015 Rush Bracket Challenge sponsored by Pizza Hut and Pure Canadian Gaming for loyal fans.
He now invites all local media and celebrities to enter the 2015 Rush Bracket Media/Celebrity Challenge for Charity of Choice. Should a Media/Celebrity participant win the 2015 Rush Bracket Challenge sponsored by Pizza Hut and Pure Canadian Gaming, Urban will donate $100,000 to the media/celebrity winner's charity of choice.
In similar fashion to a NCAA Final Four Tournament bracket, the 2015 Rush Bracket Challenge sponsored by Pizza Hut and Pure Canadian Gaming is the biggest and best contest in Rush history.
Media/Celebrities will get their shot at this spectacular prize by predicting the winner of all Rush games during the '15 season along with the winners of the each NLL playoff round and the Champion's Cup series.
The 2014 NLL season was a record-breaking one for the Edmonton Rush as they finished with a 16-2 that featured a league-record 14-0 start. However, they did not accomplish the ultimate goal of winning the NLL Champions Cup. The 2015 NLL season brings a new season of goals and accomplishments to be achieved plus the added bonus of the Bracket Challenge for the Rush's loyal fans.
Media/Celebrities can enter the 2015 Rush Bracket Media/Celebrity Challenge for Charity of Choice, by sending selections directly to Pauline Hughes, Director of Communications at phughes@edmontonrush.com
