FC Tulsa News Release

The Tulsa Roughnecks and Hillcrest HealthCare System announced today that the two organizations are continuing their major partnership for a second season. Hillcrest HealthCare System will remain as the Official Medical Provider of the Roughnecks team as well as the presenting sponsor of the team's 2016 season.

With the agreement, Hillcrest will continue to provide day-to-day care and medical and training treatment to all of the Roughnecks players.

Hillcrest HealthCare System is a comprehensive health system with approximately 5,000 employees that serves the communities of eastern Oklahoma.

As part of the partnership, Hillcrest will provide day-to-day medical and training care for the Roughnecks players throughout the season.

"We are excited to have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to the Tulsa Roughnecks for the second consecutive year," said Kevin Gross, Hillcrest HealthCare System President & Chief Executive Officer. "Whether we are providing medical care on the field or encouraging fans to make their health a priority, this partnership allows Hillcrest to continue to fulfill our mission of creating a healthier community."

"I am honored to return as the Tulsa Roughnecks team physician," said Jon Orjala, DO, an orthopedic surgeon with Hillcrest's Utica Park Clinic. "It is an honor to provide our players with high-quality care on and off the field to keep them healthy and in the game."

Dr. Orjala will serve as the Roughnecks' Official Team Doctor.

Hillcrest's role as the presenting sponsor of the 2016 season will encompass many features, including a number of season tickets and a prominent presence within ONEOK Field for all Roughnecks games. In addition, a new logo has been developed to highlight the major partnership between the two organizations.

"We are very happy to be working with Hillcrest again this season," said Roughnecks President Mike Melega. "Dr. Orjala and everyone with Hillcrest have provided excellent care for our players, and our partnership with them is extremely important to our team. We value their commitment to us and to professional soccer in Tulsa."

Hillcrest HealthCare System is a comprehensive health system with approximately 5,000 employees that serves the communities of eastern Oklahoma.

The Roughnecks will open USL regular season play on Saturday, March 26 when they host Rio Grande Valley (Houston Dynamo 2) at ONEOK Field.

Tickets for that match, as well as season tickets, are now on sale.
