Roots Division Opponents Announced for 2021 Season

The USL Championship has announced the teams that will participate in each Division for the upcoming 2021 Season. Joining Oakland Roots in the Pacific Division will be the Phoenix Rising FC, Tacoma Defiance, Las Vegas Lights FC, San Diego Loyal SC, Orange County SC, LA Galaxy II, and NorCal rivals Sacramento Republic FC.

The 2021 Season will include 32 league matches. Roots will face Pacific Division opponents four times, twice at home and twice away, as well as four cross conference games against teams from the Atlantic, Central, and Mountain Divisions.

Oakland Roots SC is continually monitoring the current COVID-19 situation and preparing for the opportunity to host fans at Laney College for the 2021 Season. If games can not be attended by fans due to COVID-19, 100% of the funds for any tickets purchased will be credited back to your Roots Online Ticket Account to be used toward future Roots ticket purchases.
