Rockford Fury to play the And One Superstars in Exhibition Game

(Rockford, IL.)...The Rockford Fury take on the And One Superstars in an exhibition game on Friday, December 7, 2007 at 7:00pm inside the newly remodeled Rockford MetroCentre. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 12:00pm (noon) at the Centre Events Box Office, at www.centreevents.com or by calling 815.968.5222. Tickets are $20.00 for general admission seating and a limited number of floor seats will be available for $50.00 each.

Special jerseys for both the Rockford Fury and the And One Superstars will be created to be auctioned off after the game. Rockford Fury General Manager and Head Coach Dave Knickelbein is pleased to announce that the proceeds raised from this uniform auction will benefit the Rockford Memorial Development Foundation to provide toys to hospitalized children at Rockford Memorial Hospital.

Also, at this exhibition game and all home games, mini basketballs will be for sale with all monies raised benefiting nFACTOR, a local youth- focused campaign that targets root causes of youth issues like crime, school dropout rate, truancy, teen pregnancy, drug use and more. The mini basketballs can be used for autographing purposes and all Fury players will be available after the games to meet with those interested individuals.

The Rockford Fury is a charter member of the Premier Basketball League and will play home games at Rockford College's Seaver Gym at 5050 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois.
