Evansville, IN â CAL RIPKEN, JR. and DON MATTINGLY will hold a press conference in Evansville, IN at 10:00 am CDT tomorrow, Tuesday, January 14.
The purpose of the press conference will be to announce their involvement with a minor league team that will play in Mattingly's hometown of Evansville for the 2004 season.
The press conference will also be attended by David Heller, the team's majority owner, Evansville city officials and Los Angeles Dodgers officials as the team in Evansville will be a Dodgers affiliate in the South Atlantic League.
