COPS-N-ROB-INSON: Chicago Rush WR/DB DENNISON ROBINSON needs three interceptions to break the AFL record for interceptions in a single-season with 14. The Rush (9-2) travel to EnergySolutions Arena to face the Utah Blaze (2-10) on Saturday, May 24 at 9 p.m. ET (AFL NET, ESPN360.com, CSN Chicago - Delay, 5/25 at 4 p.m. CT, KJZZ Local - Live, SIRIUS Radio - Channel 130).
IN GOOD HANDS: Chicago Rush WR DAMIAN HARRELL needs one reception to break his tie with CORY FLEMING and move into second place all-time with 129 consecutive games with a catch on Saturday. Philadelphia Soul WR CHRIS JACKSON needs one catch to become the fourth player in AFL history to record one reception in 120 consecutive games. Jackson can do so when the Soul (10-2) welcomes the Kansas City Brigade (2-9) to the Wachovia Center on Thursday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
BATTERING RAM: Chicago Rush FB DAN ALEXANDER needs 15 rushing yards to become the fourth player in AFL history to rush for 200 yards in consecutive seasons. Alexander also stands 21 yards from becoming the eighth player in AFL history to rush for 900 career.
GOING FOR TWO: Tampa Bay Storm FB/LB TORRANCE MARSHALL can tie the AFL record for consecutive games with at least two rushing touchdowns when the Storm (5-6) hosts the Cleveland Gladiators (7-4) Friday, May 23 at 7:30 p.m. ET (Catch 47 Local - Live, CSS - Delay at 5/24 at 12 p.m. ET).
IF THE GLOVE FITS...: Orlando Predators DB KENNY MCENTYRE needs one interception to break his tie with EMLEN TUNNELL and move into third place all-time for most interceptions in professional football history with 80. McEntyre can move closer when Orlando (8-4) welcomes the Dallas Desperados (9-2) to Amway Arena on Friday, May 23 at 7:30 p.m. ET (SIRIUS Radio - Channel 130).
SAFETY NET: In the history of the AFL, 27 players have had two safeties in a single-season. Chicago Rush OL/DL JOE PETERS, Philadelphia Soul DL BRYAN SAVE and San Jose LB STEVE WATSON each have two safeties this season and can set the AFL single-season record with one more.
ON THE SPOT: Utah Blaze LB KELVIN MORRIS stands two defensive fumble recoveries shy of setting the AFL rookie single-season record for recoveries with six.
