
Professional Women's Hockey League Signings Update Nov 20-24

TORONTO, ON - Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) teams continued to solidify their rosters throughout the second week of Training Camps with the latest crop of signed player contract annoucements. Six signings were announced by teams during the week of November 20-24, bringing the league's total contract count to 89. This figure consists of 65 PWHL Draft picks, six undrafted free agents, and 18 players who were signed during the league's initial free agency period.
New York kicked off the week by announcing second-round draft pick Jaime Bourbonnais had inked a three-year contract with the team. Montreal signed four players- draft picks Kati Tabin and Dominika Lásková inked 2-year deals, while draft pick Elaine Chuli and free agent Mariah Keopple signed on for one year each. Minnesota bolstered their blueline and agreed to a two-year contract with their fourth-round draft pick Maggie Flaherty.
The latest signed deals brings the total announced contract count by team to Boston with 19, followed by Ottawa with 17, New York with 16, Toronto with 15, Montreal with 14, and Minnesota with eight players under contract.
