
Pride Down Force Even Series at 2-2

Philadelphia Force News Release
Kissimmee, Fl - The USSSA Pride(9-15) tied the series at 2-2 vs. the Force (7-21) in their most critical series of the season. The Pride used Sara Larquier's second home run of the season to propel them to victory.
The Philadelphia Force would have a number of opportunities to score the game's first run. In the top of the first, Clare Burnum lead off the inning with a base hit. After Jami Lobpries reached on a fielder's choice she was able to get to second on a stolen base. Pride starter Sarah Pauly was able to get rookie Brette Reagan to ground out to short stop to end the inning. The Force would lead nine stranded on base for the contest.
The Pride's first opportunity to score would come in the bottom of the second inning. Oli Keohohou would lead off the inning with a walk. She would then advance to second on Breanne Javiers ground out. The Force's Jessica Sallinger was able to get a ground out and a fly out to end the inning.
USSSA would get on the score board for the first time in the bottom of the 4th inning. Oli Keohohou would lead the sinning off with a single and advanced to second on an error by center fielder Jami Lobpries. After a foul out by Javier, Jessica Dignon was able to reach on a fielder's choice then advance to second on a throwing error. With one out and runners on second and third Sara Larquier was able to hit her 2nd home run of the season. Her three run home run gave the Pride a 3 to 0 lead over the Force.
The Pride would add one more run in the bottom of the 6th inning. Jessica Dignon lead off the inning with a home run giving USSSA a 4 to 0 lead.
Sarah Pauly would finish her second complete game of the series with 10 strikeouts allowing only give hit in the contest.
USSSA Pride and the Philadelphia Force will a series deciding game five tomorrow at 12:05 EST at Disney's Wide World of Sports. Tickets for the contest are available on ticketmaster.com and at the box office prior to the contest. The game will be broadcasted live on Bright House Sports Network.
