
Pittsburgh Phantoms Sign Quinton Davis

Pittsburgh, PA. The ABA Pittsburgh Phantoms have announced the signing of West Miffin High School Graduate Quinton Davis to a 2009-10 season contract. The announcement was made during a Press Conference at Court Time Sports Center in Elizabeth PA on Sunday.
Davis, a 6-3 guard, played his college basketball at Pitt-Johnstown. As a senior, he averaged 17.8 points per game, 6.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists and had 66 3-pointers for the 24-8 Mountain Cats. He was named to the first team of the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
The Phantoms also held an open tryout and found additional great talent that will be invited to Veterans camp. The team also held an open tryout for the Phantom Dance Team and announced their 2009-10 schedule.
