Penn FC News Release
HARRISBURG, PA - Penn FC's inaugural home match will be regionally broadcast live on WGCB, a local television station based in Red Lion, PA. The game, which will kick off at 7 p.m. this Saturday April 21st at FNB Field, will be available in high definition on Channel 49.
WGCB reaches more than 700,000 households in Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York on cable, over the air, and on satellite.
Saturday's broadcast, provided by Penn FC's official broadcast partner Invica, LLC., will also be available nationwide through ESPN+, thanks to the expansion of the USL's partnership with ESPN. ESPN+ is available for just $4.99 a month or $49.99 per year and currently, fans can sign up for a 30-day free trial.
Internationally, fans can still view all Penn FC matches, including Saturday's historic home opener on the USL's Match Center or on the USL's YouTube Channel.
Harrisburg soccer fans will hear familiar voices on the broadcast as Brian Keyser, formerly the public address announcer for the Harrisburg City Islanders, will handle the play-by-play duties. Charlie Gerow returns in his role as the color commentator and Jessica Crosson will be conducting sideline reports.
For fans that would rather be at FNB Field in person, tickets are available at www.pennfc.com/tickets.
