Most Recent Match-Up: Wednesday, February 17: Missouri 4, Port Huron 1 Tim O'Connell and Jim Duhart each scored two goals as the Missouri River Otters took down the Port Huron Flags 4-1 at the Family Arena.

The River Otters dominated the first period. Duhart opened the scored with a terrific re-direction off a great pass from Lonnie Loach. The Flags responded with a goal of their own when Brett Lutes scored on a power-play, but Duhart made it 2-1 with a laser-beam wrister with three minutes left in the first period. They weren't done yet, however, as in the final minute of the opening period O'Connell received a pass from Duhart and smoked a top-shelf slap-shot behind Port Huron goaltender Jeremy Symington. Neither team scored in the second period and the score remained 3-1 heading into the final period. O'Connell added another goal in the third period to put the Otters up 4-1. Kevin reiter made 34 saves in the victory while Jeremy Symington made 31 saves in defeat.

OC on Fire: No defenseman in the UHL has been hotter of late than River Otters blueliner Tim O'Connell. The North Dakota University-product has scored five goals in his last five games and is tied for third among UHL defensemen with 11 goals on the season.

Duey Time: River Otters sniper Jim Duhart has found the back of the net six times in the last five games and has added two assists during that span. His line with Lars Pettersen and Lonnie Loach combined for eight points Wednesday against Port Huron.

Flags Woes: The Port Huron Flags have lost their last three games by a combined score of 23-6 and have been out-shot in those games 139-76.
