Open Audition Gives Chance For Hopefuls To Make The Manchester Wolves Lady Wolf Pack

Aspiring dancers from all over the New England area were put to the test Sunday (January 28) at Dance Visions Network in Manchester as the Manchester Wolves Lady Wolf Pack held their fourth annual dance team tryout. In the end, thirty ladies survived the first round of cuts to earn a chance to compete in a special final audition to be held Saturday, February 3, at 2 pm in the Four Seasons Court of the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, N.H.
The tryout was conducted by Wolves Lady Wolf Pack Choreographer and area native Heidi Sullivan-Laroche. Laroche is the owner of Dance Visions Network and a former New England Patriots cheerleader. New Lady Wolf Pack Coordinator Michelle Gagnon, another former Patriots cheerleader, also assisted at the audition.
"I was impressed with the amount of talent here today," Sullivan-Laroche said. "We're excited and looking forward to having another talented squad this season. The finals are going to be a lot of fun and very competitive."
Sunday's select group of finalists included a number of girls from last year's Lady Wolf Pack dance team, University of New Hampshire dance team members and even a few former Patriots cheerleaders. The full list of dancers who reached the final round is as follows:

The girls will now be trying to impress the panel of celebrity judges expected to be on hand next Saturday, February 3, for the final audition at the Pheasant Lane Mall, which includes: Charlie Sherman (610AM WGIR), Jim Fennell (The Union Leader), Patti Fox (WZID), Pete Tarrier (WGAM), Cheryl Abbott (Manchester Monarchs), Matt Stout (The Neighborhood News), Cynthia Harrington (NH State Dept.), Patty Vilela (Former New England Patriots Cheerleader), "Scorch" (Rock 101), Charlene Joyce (film producer), Eric Baxter (Manchester Daily Express) and " Blitz," the Wolves official mascot.
"This is always an exciting event," said Wolves General Manager Angelo Mazzella. "I think the girls will give the crowd a good show and impress everyone on hand. It should be a great turnout."
Members of the team's front office staff will have season ticket information and merchandise available at the event and will be there to answer any questions fans may have.
