
Oilers Take First Step Toward BOK

Tulsa Oilers head coach Dan Hodge has welcomed the team to training camp, as 28 players reported for physicals on Sunday. The Oilers will have their first on ice practice session Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Oilers Ice Center, located at 64^th and Mingo. All training camp practice sessions are free and open to the public.
On Thursday October 9^th , the Oilers will host an exhibition game against Oklahoma City at the Oilers Ice Center. Cost for season ticket holders who purchase tickets in advance is $10. Non season ticket holder tickets are $15. Tickets for everyone at the door the night of the game, will be $15. That will be one of three preseason games for the Oilers. They will play at Wichita on Wednesday October 8^th at 7 p.m. and play at Oklahoma City on Saturday October 11^th at 7 p.m.
The Oilers will play their first home game in the BOK Center presented by U. S. Cellular, on Saturday October 25^th , against the arch rival Oklahoma City Blazers. Season tickets for the Oilers 2008-09 season in the new BOK Center are available by calling the Oilers at (918) 632-PUCK (7825).
